Tami - Director of Operations

Tami brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant energy to Windsor Family Dental, S.C., where she serves as the Director of Operations. Tami is instrumental in partnering with the doctors and team to create exceptional patient experiences while maintaining high standards, robust systems, and a thriving practice culture. And, of course, she believes in having fun along the way!

Born and raised in Manitowoc, Tami's dental career began serendipitously over 20 years ago, thanks to her sister. She spent 14 years as a dedicated dental assistant, developing a deep passion for the field and generating innovative ideas to enhance practice culture, community engagement, and operational efficiency. Driven to solve problems and help others, Tami challenged herself to move into front desk roles, then office management, regional management, and ultimately, her current position in Windsor. She thrives on collaborative problem-solving and empowering team members to reach their full potential.

Tami cherishes spending time with her "drop dead... gorgeous..." daughters, Madi Mae and Jocelyn, her husband, Dan, and their two dogs, Penelope and Charlie.
