Sue - Patient Coordinator

Sue is a Patient Coordinator in the Business Office at Windsor Family Dental, where she’s been helping patients feel supported, informed, and cared for over the past 5 years. With more than 16 years of experience in the dental field, Sue brings a calm, compassionate presence to every interaction — ensuring patients have a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Sue assists with scheduling, verifying insurance, presenting treatment plans, and answering billing questions. She also works closely with the dental team to keep schedules running productively and makes sure patients have everything they need — from completing forms to coordinating outside referrals and follow-ups. Whether she’s helping process insurance claims or offering a friendly smile at checkout, Sue takes pride in going above and beyond for patients and her team.

Born and raised in Madison, Sue entered the dental field by chance — helping out at a nearby dental office — and quickly discovered a true passion for patient care. She’s also been involved in outreach efforts like the Give Kids A Smile program and the VA Community Care Program, helping underserved families and veterans receive the care they deserve.

Sue loves the family-like environment at Windsor Family Dental and enjoys working with such a dedicated and fun-loving team. Outside of the office, she’s been happily married for 34 years and is the proud mom of two adult daughters — and grandma to three beloved granddogs. She enjoys traveling, crafting, boating, shopping, listening to music, and making memories with friends and family.
