Patient Service Representative/Assistant Office Manager

Zoie is a vital part of the Windsor Family Dental team, serving as our Patient Service Representative and Assistant Office Manager. Since joining us in July 2023, she has ensured smooth and efficient patient experiences. Her responsibilities include checking patients in and out, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance policies.

Zoie was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and grew up in Poynette, just north of Windsor. Her positive experiences with dental visits from a young age sparked her interest in the dental field, which she pursued throughout high school.

Zoie enjoys various outdoor activities outside of work, including hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. She also expresses her creativity through candle-making.
